• Assist in corporate secretarial and corporate commercial work for ongoing projects
• Provide support to cross-functional teams to expand Kasagi Labo’s IP portfolio
• Participate in acquisitions, fund structuring and compliance work
• Research developments in tech law, including blockchain, tokens and digital rights
• Assist with document management

You Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Strong interest in applying legal knowledge in a thriving anime business.
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and an organized approach to managing documents and processes.
