Maintenance Manager (Pharma/Food/Electronics/Semicon/GMP Compliance) - up to RM 1x,xxx

KEY ROLES

Preventive I Predictive Maintenance Execution ( 60%)

• Conduct preventive / predictive maintenance plans and programs.
• Ensure machine breakdowns is not caused by wear & tear parts.
• Perform machine health check daily.
• Ensure all critical spare parts available.
• Ensure machine operation at optimum condition at all time
• Develop and implement progressive planned & predictive LEAN maintenance systems.
• Ensure compliance to GMP standards.

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the maintenance team to achieve Zero Downtime.
• Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, Facility, Supply Chain to build partnership and effective engagement. Develop a systematic approach to manage the maintenance team.
• Hands on and lead any critical maintenance work which is beyond technician / supervisor control.

Technology & Continuous Improvement

• Identify, coordinate trials and facilitate decision making of technology adoption to enhance machinery performance and process improvements.
• Identifying effective SOP changes which will improve maintenance management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of Maintenance Management experience in manufacturing line, preferably with exposure in Pharmaceutical / Food / Electronics / Semicon / related Manufacturing line.
• Exposure in LEAN system, GMP standards , etc.
• A hands-on Plant Machineries Maintenance leader. Ability to handle complex Maintenance !
• Good communication & leadership skills.
