ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER PARTS PRICING, WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION

Maximize profitability of the company while considering factors such as costs, competition, market demand, and customer value perception. Optimize supply chain by streamlining processes, reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall performance to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Establish pricing structure and mechanism that would balance profit, competitiveness, and customer expectations/satisfaction.
• Continuous review of warehouse and logistics costs to improve service level and cost efficiency.
• Generate regular reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide management with valuable information for decision-making.
• Establish attractive promotions and packages to improve total sales.
• Continuous negotiations with suppliers and vendors to improve cost effectiveness.
• Improve business processes by benchmarking other distributors and industry standards.
• Optimize resources by embracing automation and artificial intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in pricing, warehouse and distribution management, or related fields at distributor or franchise level
• Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and analytical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Knowledge of automation and artificial intelligence is a plus
