Hiring:
Sales Administrator Assistant - 2 People (Indoor)
A sales support that work on supporting sales task with admin work. This is not a same boring daily routine position.

- Earn Commission from RM200-1k per month.
Area: Seri Kembangan, nearby to Bukit Jalil / Astro.
- Assist to create Sales Order, PO & Invoice for Sales Team.
- Monitoring payment and products in and out.
- Provide clerical support to accounting department.
- Assist to key in data into our system on behalf of Sales Team & Admin.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documents & filling in systematic.
- To perform regular administrative routine duties such as purchase of Office Equipment.
From 1 of our Sales Admin daily scenarios:
Morning ready with a cup of coffee that I got it from our pantry, starts with the work on company's laptop, follow up with respective sales person with their order on hand, assist to create PO, Invoice and related document to ensure the process is running. For product require printing, i require monitor visual artwork from designer team and confirm logo position with Sales. Then, I will look through 1 time before sending to sales for their client to ensure logo and color is correct.
After my break, (our break has 2 session for your choice)
I start looking into my desk that may come with invoice and bills to check with and supplier invoice to key in, vendor form from sales team that required my assistance to fill in and submission and any office administrative task. In the meantime, I also support account dept to create PI, key in the required data entry.
Just before the end of a day,
I will look into pending payment and collection before sending for driver's delivery. If outstanding not yet clear, i require to contact sales team for further assistance. Also, i will look into any sales pending delivery and deadline, discuss with sales PIC and ensure smooth delivery.

Job Requirements
- Skills: Basic computer skills - Microsoft, emailing, answering phone calls, basic letter writing, documentation, and paperwork.
- Able to speak, write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in ANY field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates that experience with related field added advantage.
- Able to work independently and yet a good team player while require during group meeting or bonding session.
- You are a person willing to learn, patient & able to multi-tasking.
- Able to work in Seri Kembangan, Serdang.
- Full-time position only.
