  • Drive effectiveness and ROI on Essential Leadership training within the biz unit.
  • Leading LandD team to develop new and maintain existing learning and development programs in both physical and E-Learning modules.
  • Coordinate with biz unit and external trainers to ensure all training programs are conducted accordingly including COC and on-boarding program.
  • Leading LandD team to provide all administrative support to Biz unit on their learning programs and activities.
  • Be able to identify areas of improvement in LandD and follow by enhancement proposal to the Management.
  • Ability to identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, consultation with biz unit which align with Company mid-term plan. .
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
  • Develop annual training plan, training budget of the Company.
  • Evaluate training needs and develop training programs accordingly.
  • Determine appropriate training methodology corresponding to the training objectives.
  • Involvement at various Employee Engagement initiatives as and when necessary.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or Professional qualifications in HRM/ equivalent.
  • Experience in HR, Training and development and administrative functions with at least 5 years’ experience at managerial level in any established multinational/conglomerate company with extensive staff force.
  • The ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
  • The ability to anticipate the implications and consequences of situations and take appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies.
  • The ability to focus on the desired result of one’s own and entire department or one’s unit’s work, setting challenging goals, focusing effort on the goals and meeting or exceeding them.
  • The ability to make difficult decisions in a timely manner.
  • The ability to gain others’ support for ideas, proposals, projects and solutions.
  • Ability to develop / design training material content according to Biz operations needs.
