Job Responsibility
- Overseeing the loading and offloading of shipments
- Inspecting and cleaning the vehicle
- Safely transporting goods to and from distribution centers
- Obeying the rules of the road and following company safety regulations
- Responsible and accountable to all goods and shipment assigned.
- Reporting any accidents or delays
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
- Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments
- Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed
- Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock
- Ensuring that warehouse remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized
- Performing warehouse inventory controls
- Running errands for the company upon request
- Delivering documents, small packages from one location to another
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Involving in Company stock take activity
- Proven working experience in Lorry Driver cum Logistics/Dispatch
- Must possess valid driving license of E class category with GDL
- Experience with goods handling preferred
- Experience with GPS navigation and mapping
- Ability to drive long distances while maintaining focus
- Physically fit and travel regularly
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Able to work overtime (after office hours, weekends, and public holidays or if required).
- Must possess own transport (Dispatching)
- Salary with EPF, Socso/EIS
- Panel clinic provided
