Open Position: Procurement Manager (Reputable Company)

A Reputable Company is currently hiring a Procurement Manager to join them in the Pahang office.

Key responsibilities include:

• A degree in information technology/ supply chain management/ accounting and finance or engineering is preferred with more than 6 years working experience.
• For the spend categories in the specified portfolios, develop and put into action strategic sourcing and contracting strategies.
• Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries
• Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production
• Promote, administer, and make sure that all sourcing and contracting policies, practises, approved SOP, and governance standards are followed, keeping in mind any applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
