Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with customers to ensure high quality service.
- Respond to customer enquiry via various channels (email, phone, live chat, etc.)
- Solve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
- Work with personnel from different departments to complete a work process.
- Coordinate appointments between doctors and patients.
- Prepare quotations for corporate customers.
- Liaise with the relevant Department PIC within the Group to ensure medical tests run smoothly.
- Update Excel sheets on doctor appointments.
- Conduct billing and invoicing services to customers, merchants and clients.
- Assist our Covid-19 onsite team from time to time.
- Manage the E-commerce platform including merchant and deal creation and approval.
- Ensure weekly payments to doctors and merchants.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- We welcome applicants who have experience in working under business development environment but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
- Preferably hospitability or airlines industry background in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Priority will be given to candidates who can commence immediately.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have team and relationship building skills.
- Self-motivated and confident.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Analytic thinking and high problem-solving skills.
- Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and excellent communication skills.
- Candidates able to start immediately are preferred.
