Duties and Responsibilities:
Human Resources Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of the project management.Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor and enhance overall policies and procedures within the project management framework.
- Manage client's monthly payroll processes to ensure accuracy & timeliness.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior.
Academic Qualification(s):
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology or equivalent.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience demonstrating proficiency in policy & payroll management.
- Proficient in MS Office, Technology savvy.
- Possesses critical thinking skills, ability to approach challenges and innovative problem-solving.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills for effective collaboration in a work environment.
