Job Responsibility

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
• Assist with market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including digital and print assets such as social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and event collateral.
• Translate marketing objectives and messaging into creative visual solutions that effectively communicate brand values and key messages.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into design work to maintain relevance and innovation.

We specialize in Real Estate Advisors, Cadastral Surveys, Engineering Surveys, Orthophoto Surveys (UAV), Topographic Measurements, Underground Utility Measurements (UDM), Hydrographic Measurements, and Strata Measurements delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join us.

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote our services and enhance our brand presence. Working closely with our Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of marketing activities and campaigns across multiple channels.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency or in-house marketing team.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing graphic designer, or related field (internship experience may be considered).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, social media management tools).
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
