Job Responsibility
- Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers, and dishwashers.
- Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.
- Responsible to enforce & maintain the highest level of health, safety & food hygiene practices in the kitchen
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
- Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience working in commercial kitchen.
- Able to work independently & deliver high- quality of work.
- Possess great team management skill (positive & approachable manner).
- Possess high level of attention to details.
- Flexible to change & willing to embrace new ideas & processes.
- Excellent knowledge inventory and purchase order.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work for additional time as and when is required.
- Able to perform any extra duties as delegated by management.
