Job Responsibility

  • Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers, and dishwashers.
  • Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.
  • Responsible to enforce & maintain the highest level of health, safety & food hygiene practices in the kitchen

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
  • Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience working in commercial kitchen.
  • Able to work independently & deliver high- quality of work.
  • Possess great team management skill (positive & approachable manner).
  • Possess high level of attention to details.
  • Flexible to change & willing to embrace new ideas & processes.
  • Excellent knowledge inventory and purchase order.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work for additional time as and when is required.
  • Able to perform any extra duties as delegated by management.
