EXECUTIVE (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)

Job description
- To provide administrative assistance and support by performing accounting work that ensures smooth and efficient operations with compliance to accounting standards.
- To carry out monthly closing of accounts and prepare management reports.
- To perform reconciliations of general ledger.
- To facilitate in company budget management.
- To assist and support on tax compliances programs and exercise
- To assist in yearly accounts audit, stock audit and prepare checklists and explanation of financial records.
Requirements
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or in any equivalent fields equivalent with more 3 years relevant working experience.
- A holder of accounting certificate such as membership in CAT, LCCI, ACCA or any other accounting institute will be an added advantage.
Required skill(s) or knowledge:
- Language proficiency – Good command of English and Malay in both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software.
