Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.
- Monitor order status and update customers on delivery timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing information about products, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, including order status, sales performance, merchandiser performance tracking, promoter sampling tracking and customer feedback.
- Maintain and organize sales-related documents, ensuring easy access for the sales team.
- Act as a liaison between the sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Participate in meetings to discuss sales forecasts, production schedules, inventory management and update the sales team by providing the stock inventory on daily basis.
- Perform all other related tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in business admin or equivalent.
- Preferably experience in Distributors Management System in FMCG and/or General Trade industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals/results with minimal supervision.
