Job Responsibility

  • Handle general administration tasks.
  • Perform data entry to support sales personnel.
  • Assist sales personnel with sales inquiries and quotations.
  • Maintain records and organize the filing system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Basic or professional certificate in accounting or related fields (e.g., business administration, commercial studies) is advantages
  • Open to SPM holders with relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants encouraged to apply.
  • Prefer candidates with knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
  • Ability to work independently.
