Job Responsibility
- Handle general administration tasks.
- Perform data entry to support sales personnel.
- Assist sales personnel with sales inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain records and organize the filing system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Basic or professional certificate in accounting or related fields (e.g., business administration, commercial studies) is advantages
- Open to SPM holders with relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants encouraged to apply.
- Prefer candidates with knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Part time available - Daily Wage of RM 150
