Senior Equipment Engineer

In your new role you will:

1. Establish and/or modify planned maintenance guide to ensure all equipment have reliable machine uptime.
2. Train the technical team in defining competency model and follow through on the technical level certification.
3. Manage DA assembly equipment maintenance, systematic, actual maintenance activities and the maintenance personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost.
4. Coordinate and align the deployment of policy and strategy in planned Maintenance.
5. Support Maintenance Job Card to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem-solving tools available.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
2. More than 5 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
3. Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics.
4. Capable of troubleshooting machine issues and driving for improvement.
5. Good understanding of machine mechanisms and capable of performing PM activities.
6. Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
