Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Junior Lawyer. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting legal corporate documents, attending court proceedings, and providing legal advice and support. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work conducted at our office in Damansara Perdana, but there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts
- Legal research skills
- Good interpersonal and client management skills
- Admission to the Malaysian Bar
- Independent and able to work with less monitoring
- Good personality and able to do business development planning and execution
