Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler at our Subang Jaya location. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed BIM models, collaborating with architects and engineers to develop construction drawings, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. The BIM Modeler will also work closely with the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) team to integrate MEP systems into the BIM models.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Strong knowledge of architecture and construction principles
• Experience as a Modeler in the construction industry
• Familiarity with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to create accurate and detailed construction drawings
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certification or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
