Job Responsibility
- Perform secretarial duties to such as stenography, filing, sorting of incoming mail etc. for her superior, reception function to arrange appointments, receive visitors, channel telephone calls, and perform confidential work so as to maintain the confidential records and information.
- To follow up on outsourcing Aluminium Extrusion.
- To back-up for sales order release.
- To call for meeting, prepare minutes and follow up on action required so as to ensure action is taken before the next meeting.
- To arrange for travel itinerary and hotel bookings for her superiors.
- Handling her superior personal matters. (Ex: Claim)
- To prepare reports timely and effectively.
- To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce companyâs Safety & Health rules and regulations.
- Other jobs which may be assigned from time to time.
- Good verbal and written communication in Mandarin, English.
- Must know how to read and write in Mandarin for some documents.
- At least 1 years of experience in the field.
- Min Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
- Possesses relevant administrative working experience will be added advantage.
- Outspoken and able to communicate effective with all level of employees and external parties.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi task and prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with good manner.
- Able to communication in Multi-language preferable.
- Proficient in MS Office.
