- Designing ways to address employee issues and sales targets.
- Planning marketing strategies from all aspects.
- Managing advertising work on social media platforms-free.
- Generating sales to meet the monthly sales targets given.
- Providing training to employees based on objectives.
- Assisting employees in improving productivity.
- Offering advice and motivation to employees.
- Maintaining ethics and displaying a positive attitude during working hours, in line with company requirements.
- Resolving issues among operational staff.
- Assisting employees in achieving sales targets.
- Enforcing discipline including punctuality at the branch.
- Ensuring stock is delivered.
- Ensuring the workspace is always tidy before commencing operations and before leaving work, and customer belongings should be stored safely.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop floor, counters, prayer rooms, toilets, storerooms, and the area outside the shop, free from litter, dust, and odor.
- Checking that shop equipment is functioning properly (refer to checklist).
- Planning employee schedules (timetable).
- Monitoring employee attendance under supervision.
- Ensuring stock is displayed neatly and orderly (refer to procedures).
- Listing stocks for ready stock if necessary (phones, spare parts, & accessories).
- Auditing phone, spare parts, & accessories stock.
- Reviewing employee sales records every 4 hours.
- Checking the response level of sales platforms (Facebook page, WhatsApp Business, marketplace, Instagram, Shopee, & Mudah).
- Ensuring sales cash matches the repair system and POS system.
- Checking phone displays (demos) and ensuring alarms are functional.
- Taking responsibility for all losses incurred by the company due to failure to safeguard, prevent, control, and observe all company assets/stocks in the branch. Losses are not limited to loss, defects, and damages to goods caused by oneself or employees under supervision.

- Previous experience in a managerial role in the smartphone service industry or related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with smartphone repair processes, technical specifications, and customer service principles.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to smartphone services.
