Job Description
HR Admin Executive
- Responsible for all hiring matters, including finding suitable candidates for recruitment and onboarding processes, posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
- Plan, devise, and execute strategies to find suitable candidates for recruitment.
- Support key HR processes, such as annual performance reviews, employee benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Support onboarding of new team members by briefing the company’s policies and ensuring that new team members have everything they need on day one (e.g., laptop, stationery, desk, clear job description, email setup, etc.).
- Keep track of office attendance, annual leave, and medical leave taken by employees.
- Organize and plan activities to foster team bonding and camaraderie.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the team as required.
- Maintain calendars for the team and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm, decisive, and mature personality.
- Achievement-oriented, self-starter, and independent. Possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure and multitask.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote).
- Willing to travel if required.
