We are currently looking for Procurement / Operations Assistant to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting the procurement process by ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods, and services as well ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • To support technical and operations team in procurement and materials management.
  • Organize logistics related matters in ensuring items are delivered on time to work locations.
  • Sourcing of competitive prices and identifying parts and equipment needed by Workshop / Project Teams.
  • Preparation of purchase orders, packing list, proforma invoice, etc.
  • Keep inventories and stock records.
  • Provide basic engineering and technical support to Operations Team.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Management or other equivalent certificates with a minimum 3 – 5 years' experience in operation and support activities.
  • Experience working in engineering or mechanical / hydraulic companies will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of English.
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Self-starter and motivated.
  • Must be target driven, organized, and adaptable and be willing to work extra hours, when needed.
  • The applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Kemuning, Shah Alam.
