Job Description:

1. To handle general litigation matters including drafting, legal research, attending court proceedings, hearings, trials, etc.
2. To handle banking litigation matters from the commencement of the legal proceedings right up to the completion of the execution proceedings.
3. To handle multiple tasks and complete the assigned tasks within the requisite time frame.
4. Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity in all aspects of legal practice.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya & possess a valid practicing certificate for the current year.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in banking and general litigation.
