We are looking for a skilled and dependable Administrative Support to contribute to the growth of our company. In this role, you will assist a team of professionals by providing support and maintaining excellent customer service with clients.
- Create and implement an effective documentation system for physical and digital records.
- Handle general office administration duties and upkeep.
- Manage basic accounting tasks.
- Process clients' administrative needs such as invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Develop business knowledge to meet customers' technical requirements.
- Gain extensive experience in customer engagement.
- Evaluate and meet clients' needs and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal and external clients and technical teams for optimal solutions.
- Foster positive client relationships and provide support.
- Assist colleagues and departments as needed.
- Take on additional tasks as requested by management.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess STPM/Pre-U/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in any discipline
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent are added advantage
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Excel in MS Office, efficient computer and typing skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage
- Able to multi-task Strong continuous improvement mindset, motivated and a good team player
