We are looking for a skilled and dependable Administrative Support to contribute to the growth of our company. In this role, you will assist a team of professionals by providing support and maintaining excellent customer service with clients.

  • Create and implement an effective documentation system for physical and digital records.
  • Handle general office administration duties and upkeep.
  • Manage basic accounting tasks.
  • Process clients' administrative needs such as invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Develop business knowledge to meet customers' technical requirements.
  • Gain extensive experience in customer engagement.
  • Evaluate and meet clients' needs and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients and technical teams for optimal solutions.
  • Foster positive client relationships and provide support.
  • Assist colleagues and departments as needed.
  • Take on additional tasks as requested by management.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess STPM/Pre-U/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in any discipline
  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent are added advantage
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Excel in MS Office, efficient computer and typing skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage
  • Able to multi-task Strong continuous improvement mindset, motivated and a good team player
