Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accurately process sales orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct.
  2. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.
  3. Monitor order status and update customers on delivery timelines.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, providing information about products, order status, and delivery schedules.
  5. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Prepare and distribute sales reports, including order status, sales performance, merchandiser performance tracking, promoter sampling tracking and customer feedback.
  7. Maintain and organize sales-related documents, ensuring easy access for the sales team.
  8. Act as a liaison between the sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  9. Participate in meetings to discuss sales forecasts, production schedules, inventory management and update the sales team by providing the stock inventory on daily basis.
  10. Perform all other related tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma in business admin or equivalent.
  2. Preferably experience in Distributors Management System in FMCG and/or General Trade industry.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and achieve goals/results with minimal supervision.
