Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  2. Ensuring that all project scopes are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  3. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  4. Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  5. Developing a detailed project plan to track progress.
  6. Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  7. Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  8. Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
  9. Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  10. Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
  11. Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
  12. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  2. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Building / Construction.
  3. Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD & Microsoft Project.
  4. Advanced MS Office skills.
  5. Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
  6. Team player with good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Able to work with multiple discipline projects.
  8. Good project management and supervision skills.
  9. Able to lead and make strong decisions.
  10. Excellent time management and organization skills.
  11. Candidates must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
