Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all administrative matters including typing, scanning and distribution of mail, handling telephone calls, etc.
- Arrange meeting and responsible for meeting minutes
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assisting with the organization of meetings and events, including preparing materials.
- Providing general administrative support to team members and executives as needed.
- Ensuring the office environment is tidy and organized.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experiences in admin or secretary related roles.
- Fluent in Mandarin speaking as the role require you to coordinate with Chinese counterparts.
