Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all administrative matters including typing, scanning and distribution of mail, handling telephone calls, etc.
  • Arrange meeting and responsible for meeting minutes
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assisting with the organization of meetings and events, including preparing materials.
  • Providing general administrative support to team members and executives as needed.
  • Ensuring the office environment is tidy and organized.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experiences in admin or secretary related roles.
  • Fluent in Mandarin speaking as the role require you to coordinate with Chinese counterparts.
