- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Experience in a design role working within a UK brand or high street retailer would be desirable, preferably in children's apparel but not essential.
- Assist in the creation of mood boards, storyboards, and trend boards to visually communicate design concepts.
- Excellent knowledge of the whole design process, including critical path from start to finish.
- Be proficient in creating designs & tech packs using Adobe creative suite-from initial trend concepts to final tech packs.
- Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and trims.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for children's trends and a keen eye for detail.
