Your Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Designer to join our baby boys' design team. The successful candidate will work closely with our lead designer to assist in the creation and development of our baby boys' collections. This role requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of current trends in children's fashion. You will gain valuable experience in all aspects of fashion design, from trend research and concept development to technical sketching and sample production.

Let's find out about you'

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Experience in a design role working within a UK brand or high street retailer would be desirable, preferably in children's apparel but not essential.
• Assist in the creation of mood boards, storyboards, and trend boards to visually communicate design concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of the whole design process, including critical path from start to finish.
• Be proficient in creating designs & tech packs using Adobe creative suite-from initial trend concepts to final tech packs.
• Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and trims.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for children's trends and a keen eye for detail.
