Job Responsibility
- Act as a fashion advisor and consultant to customers
- Ensure boutique and all team members sale targets are achieved
- Manage and execute all boutique operations
- Planning and executing online marketing and sales activities
- Ensure all boutique operations run smoothly
- Always communicate and reporting any matters and updates to manager
- Good in leadership and people management
- Boutique or retail or online sales experience (3 years and above)
- Good in communication skills; verbal and written
- Excellent closing sales skills
- Very good role model to others
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Good appearance and attitude
- Computer literacy
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- EPF, SOCSO and SIP contribution
