Job Responsibility

• Act as a fashion advisor and consultant to customers
• Ensure boutique and all team members sale targets are achieved
• Manage and execute all boutique operations
• Planning and executing online marketing and sales activities
• Ensure all boutique operations run smoothly
• Always communicate and reporting any matters and updates to manager

Job Requirements

• Good in leadership and people management
• Boutique or retail or online sales experience (3 years and above)
• Good in communication skills; verbal and written
• Excellent closing sales skills
• Very good role model to others
• Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Good appearance and attitude
• Computer literacy
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
