My client is a renowned MNC offering advanced and cost-efficient water treatment solutions. They are setting up a new office in Malaysia and seeking motivated and ambitious candidates to be part of the team.

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with Design Engineering and Operations Team to provide mechanical engineering support for new system designs and debottlenecking of existing assets.
• Engage in product design validation and innovate to enhance operating performance and efficiency.
• Develop mechanical engineering deliverables for project execution.
• Create mechanical specifications and datasheets for procuring mechanical equipment.
• Develop Cost Time Resources (CTRs), and prepare technical and cost proposals for clients.
• Participate in Risk Assessments, HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), HAZID (Hazard Identification), and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis).
• Coordinate contractors for construction and commissioning activities.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering design, including vessel sizing, piping stress analysis, and design validation.
• Expertise in detailed design of pressure equipment.
• Proficient in CAD software.
