The Job
Business Unit: Machine-building companies provide turnkey manufacturing services: high-mix, low-volume and mass production.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow the instructions of team leaders, supervisors, and engineers.
2. Ensure that design verification is carried out with the assistance of the relevant system/subsystem engineer to confirm the design.
3. Use technical engineering and management skills to ensure that the team's deliverables for each work package, project milestone, and bid proposal are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
4. Work with experts to design solutions for each project.
5. Assist with technical issues with upgrades.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
7. The team will be provided with technical and programmatic support and guidance, including execution strategy.
8. The necessary technical skills required for upcoming projects and opportunities will be provided.
9. We will provide structured training and ensure that the team receives adequate training in a timely manner to bridge this capability gap.

The Profile

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing/precision engineering environment.
2. Experience in electrical assembly.
3. Ability to understand basic electrical diagrams, schematics, and GD&T.
4. Demonstrate leadership skills and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) as the successful candidate will facilitate the connections between design engineering, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain.
5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. 5S, Lean, Kaizen).
