Sofearose is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail outlets (IOI CITY MALL, MELAWATI MALL, I-CITY MALL and BANGI SENTRAL) and sales team potential. This role involves analyzing sales data, implementing strategies to increase efficiency, and collaborating with various departments to improve overall sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Optimize sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with marketing to identify market potential and convert them to business opportunities.
• Coach and cultivate the team’s development for career growth.
• Monitor and report on key sales metrics, such as pipeline activity, win rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

Salary: RM4,000-7,000 based on skill and experience

Working hours: 8 hours/day, flexible day and time

5 working days per week

You will be based in Shah Alam (1day, 4days in outlets)
