The Role Content Creation: -Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Collaboration: -Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing strategists, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media marketing. Social Media Strategy: -Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve specific goals such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and enhancing customer loyalty. - Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise copy.
- Proficiency in term of speaking and writing in three (3) languages (English, Mandarin and Malay).
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling, with an eye for visual aesthetics and design.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of performance ads, graphic design and video editing skills is a plus.
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
