• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, including planting, cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting activities.
• Assist to develop and implement plantation plans, schedules, and budgets to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
• Supervise and train plantation staff, ensuring their adherence to best practices, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate plantation performance and prepare reports on key metrics as required by management.
• Assist in conducting regular inspections of the plantation to identify and address any issues related to plant health, irrigation, infrastructure, or equipment.
• Ensure all plantation activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines
• Assist in any other special/ ad-hoc assignment or operation works assigned by superior from time to time.
