We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing FandB company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about marketing strategy, event planning, and brand building, and enjoys collaborating with a vibrant and supportive team. _

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies- Plan and run cross-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Manage local/regional digital marketing and monitor campaign ROI
- Create marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Support branding and marketing
- Coordinate with teams and vendors for high-quality content production
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
- Align marketing with sales goals and company objectives
- Support any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
; JOB REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or better with proven experience in marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
- Able to work well under pressure with flexibility in problem-solving
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and calm under stress
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive, passionate, and extroverted - thrives in social and team settings
- Capable of multitasking and cross-functional collaboration
