Job Description

• Construction cost management
• Preparation of cost estimation/project budget/cash flow based on preliminary or detail design
• Preparation of bill of quantities (BQ)/tender document and invite contractors to tender for the project
• Involved in tender evaluation and interviews
• Preparation of contract document/letter of award for the tendered project
• Involved in preparation of progress claims/progress certificates
• Conduct site valuation
• Source quotations from subcontractors of various trades and evaluate the quotations accordingly for the necessary award
• Pre and post contract administration and control

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
• Preferably specializing in Quantity Surveying for high-rise residential buildings
• High integrity, self-motivated, able to work independently and disciplined
• Good communication skills, pleasant attitude, and cooperative
• Willing to travel and work outstation
• Able to communicate in English and Malay
