Assistant Accounts Manager

- Prepare subsidiaries management report accurately & appropriately on a timely manner.
- Liaise with all subsidiaries within the Group for compilation of management account and other relevant matters.
- Prepare the consolidated financial statement including the supporting schedules for the notes to financial statements.
- Convert sub-consolidation accounts & schedules of overseas entities from SGD to RM.
- Ensure the Group's consolidation processes adhere to internal controls and audit requirements.
- Identify improvement plans to streamline and improve group consolidation and financial reporting processes.
- Liaise with internal and external auditor, tax agent, company secretaries, bankers and other relevant authorities on their respective manners.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, certification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 4 year(s) of working experience in handling Group Consolidation is required for this position.
- Working experience in a large-scale manufacturing plant or trading industries are preferable.
- Proficient in SAP/ERP system.
- Possesses strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective team player and proactive personality.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
