Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Assisting the Marketing Manager to generate new leads through various social media channels and to expand the customer base.
2. Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer demands and competition analysis.
3. Assist in organising marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
4. Attend to sales enquiries and to walk-in customers and prospects at the sales gallery.
5. Follow up and assist purchasers with the completion of sales transactions including loan applications
6. Follow up and liaise with lawyers, bankers etc. to ensure smooth flow of sales process
7. Prepare sales report and any other administrative duties as and when required
8. Collaborate with the advertising team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
9. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Possess a Bachelors Degree/Diploma in any fields or equivalent
• Those without a degree or diploma but have relevant working experience such as sales and customer service are welcome to apply.
• Willing to take on duties on weekends and Public Holidays (allowance is provided)
