YOUR MISSION

As a Sales Operations Planning and Development - Analyst at JurisTech, you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. You will be responsible for overseeing sales processes, developing strategic plans, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement process improvements will be key to your success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Operations Support:
  • Streamline sales processes by managing sales tracking tools / files and process data from CRM systems.
  • Ensure various sales enablers and initiatives are up-to-date and accessible to the team and management.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, cadences other activities to support the sales process.
  • Assist Account Managers in development and updates of Sales Account plans and Opportunity Close Plans.
Planning, Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with sales teams and finance to ensure all deals are promptly updated to develop accurate sales forecasts and targets.
  • Analyze internal sales trends and pipeline data to provide insights and visibility for Account managers and Management for strategic planning and decision making.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on weekly intervals for management cadences and meetings.
  • Utilize data to recommend improvements in sales processes and strategies.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement within all existing sales operations and processes.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance sales productivity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Business Units Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Finance, and other departments for all Sales and operational related collaborations
  • Ensure sales and pipeline operations, processes and implementations are aligned among business units (BUs).
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, planning, data analytics or any related quantitative role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • High Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
