Job Position: Promoter Salary Up To RM2500 Location: Shah Alam Working hour: Every week will have 1 off day, working hours following outlet/roadshow operation hours. Replacement leave will be given if working the whole week without off day. Job Descriptions:
- In 2024, will have 2-3 roadshow per month. Sometimes will need travel outstation or local to provide roadshow on-site support (Will provide additional allowance, accommodation & toll can claim from company but will have limited budget). If theres no roadshow, will be support in the appointed outlet to push more sales on product. KPI: Product spiff incentives depending on every roadshow + outlet sellout.
- Help to decorate all the display corner & POP materials accordingly. Benchmark & differentiate every competitor information in market.
- In 2024, we started short reels production on product introduction. Previously we also have own Youtube channel that posted a lot of product guide video for customer reference. KPI: At least 2 long/short video & 2 short reels per month.
