Job Responsibility Sales And Marketing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our glamping and Airbnb services.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Organize and attend client meetings, both on-site and off-site.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and accommodation arrangements.
- Oversee the booking process, including reservations, invoicing, and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Analyze competitorsâ offerings and strategies.
- Track key account metrics and sales performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and achievements.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, glamping, or Airbnb industry.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or relevant field.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and events market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
