Job Responsibility
- Provide hands-on software & hardware technical support / troubleshooting to re-solve problems of our company product.
- Support technician/mechanic in mechanical, hydraulic and DC electrical maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshooting and correct malfunctions in electrical and mechanical on equipment.
- To review processes periodically to minimize equipment downtime.
- Give technical feedback to management by submitting details field service reports.
- Conduct equipment training to customers as and when required.
- To assist operation on machine issue and ensure customers' satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with customer in service oriented manner both in person and in writing.
- Min 3 years and above experience
- Degree Holder & above
- More to Mechanic Electronic or Robotic experience in advance
- Language Preference Bahasa Malaysia, English, if Mandarin for advance
