Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, to create new business opportunities.
- Present our products/services to potential clients, emphasizing their value.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions that match their goals.
- Keep existing clients engaged by offering solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Manage sales and marketing materials to support business growth.
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and strengthen relationships.
- Assist in finalizing service agreements with new clients, ensuring clarity on deliverables.
- Adapt strategies based on client feedback and changing requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with clients and internal teams effectively.
