- Execute overall human resource strategies and activities including Talent Acquisition, Organization & Learning and Compensation and Benefits.
- Lead workforce planning and skills gap analyses to identify current and future staffing needs. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Implement best practices in performance management, employee retention and career development to ensure employees are engaged, motivated and continuously improving.
- Lead for the allocation of HR resources and budgets, making strategic investments in areas such as training, employee benefits, and employee engagement programs to optimize overall employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Ensure all HCA policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
- Lead change management initiatives as per organization directive.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department, fostering innovative problem-solving and excellence in all HR functions.
- Deliver regular reports to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights into the effectiveness of HR strategies and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Degree/Master in Human Resources Management, Business Management or any relevant discipline. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
