Hiring Sales Administrator Assistant - 2 People (Indoor) A sales support that work on supporting sales task with admin work. This is not a same boring daily routine position.

- Earn Commission from RM200-1k per month.
- Provide support on paperwork & data entry to Sales department.
- Assist to create Sales Order, PO & Invoice for Sales Team.
- Monitoring payment and products in and out.
- Provide clerical support to accounting department.
- Assist to key in data into our system on behalf of Sales Team & Admin.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documents & filling in systematic.
- To perform regular administrative routine duties such as purchase of Office Equipment.
- Skills: Basic computer skills - Microsoft, emailing, answering phone calls, basic letter writing, documentation, and paperwork.
- Able to speak, write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in ANY field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates that experience with related field added advantage.
- Able to work independently and yet a good team player while require during group meeting or bonding session.
- You are a person willing to learn, patient & able to multi-tasking.
- Able to work in Seri Kembangan, Serdang.
- Full-time position only.
- Job task and work training.
- Medical leaves & Claim. (Up to RM60/month)
- 2 shift of lunch hour for your choice.
- Annual leaves.(From 9-19 days)
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
- 5 working days.
- Travel Allowance. (Min. RM500/yr)
- Full Attendance Allowance (RM150/month)
