Mobile Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical Bias/Electrical Bias)

Location: Mobile role covering South West England

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime available

Our client is a provider of M&E building services engineering and facilities management, delivering tailored technical solutions for a high specification client base.

A Mobile Building Services Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding, and breakdown repairs to building services systems, including:

1. HVAC - AHU/FCU & Filters
2. Plumbing
3. Basic electrical (e.g., emergency light testing, ballast & lamping)
4. Building Fabric (e.g., basic joinery)

Client environments include, but are not limited to, commercial/corporate office accommodation and public buildings located throughout the South West region.

Please Note:

The successful candidate will hold a technical, recognized trade qualification(s); however, this does not need to include Commercial Gas or F-Gas.
