Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and employer branding initiatives within a dynamic corporate environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support job posting activities on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Prepare recruitment-related documentation and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with candidates professionally.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling candidate information.
