Job Description

  1. Assists senior to update account and data entry
  2. Monthly / Yearly finalizing of dormant account for audit purposes
  3. Assists in monthly submission of GST/Service Tax/Withholding Tax, if any
  4. To perform daily accounting operations, handling full sets of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
  5. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  6. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  7. Assist in carrying out common office duties whenever necessary.
  8. Responsible, committed, have initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  9. Other related responsibilities and ad hoc matters as assigned

Job Requirements

  1. Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting.
  2. Preferred experience from 1-2 years in the same industry.
  3. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  5. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
