Job Description
- Assists senior to update account and data entry
- Monthly / Yearly finalizing of dormant account for audit purposes
- Assists in monthly submission of GST/Service Tax/Withholding Tax, if any
- To perform daily accounting operations, handling full sets of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Assist in carrying out common office duties whenever necessary.
- Responsible, committed, have initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Other related responsibilities and ad hoc matters as assigned
Job Requirements
- Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting.
- Preferred experience from 1-2 years in the same industry.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
