In your new role you will:
- Full Focus on product Cost improvement through Yield and performance increase
- Data analysis and data preparation for customer requests
- Data analysis and Characterization for Post production release products
- Cost down projects (CPW improvement, Edge exclusion,...)
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry with deep understanding of technical aspects of supply chain and manufacturing processes
- Proven experience in leading complex projects and method skills
- Technical knowledge in Gallium Nitride technologies
- Gain new insights by questioning existing assumptions as well as challenge the status quo to explore new paths (e.g. digitization, improvement of processes)
- Strong communication, negotiating, and presentation skills to manage global and multicultural stakeholders and networks successfully
- Fluent English language skills
