Job Description

  • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and ESH procedures
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Oversight of all employees in the HR & ESH department, which includes performance management of HR employees.
  • Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
  • Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects.
  • Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.
  • Involved on behalf of company in collective agreement negotiation with in-house Union

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Skill Counseling, Coaching, Managing, HR, ESH, General Administrative skills, Technical-SAP, HRMS
  • Has minimum 5 years in a managerial position
