- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and ESH procedures
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Oversight of all employees in the HR & ESH department, which includes performance management of HR employees.
- Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
- Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects.
- Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.
- Involved on behalf of company in collective agreement negotiation with in-house Union
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Skill Counseling, Coaching, Managing, HR, ESH, General Administrative skills, Technical-SAP, HRMS
- Has minimum 5 years in a managerial position
