Job Description

• Lead a team in delivering NAV production, financial statements, and associated reports, and assist in the review process.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and accuracy of client deliverable prepared by the team.
• Supervise the audit process and either prepare or review financial statements if prepared by external parties.
• Ensure timely billing and collection of all fees for the assigned team.
• Participate & drive various continuous/improvement projects, contributing ideas for future process or technological enhancements at both local and global levels.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from a post-secondary institution or university.
• 4-6 years' experience in fund administration industry, encompassing various fund structures, fee calculations (NAV), financial instruments, and review of fund offering documentation.
• Experience in leading a team , which may involve overseeing administrators, investment managers, or fund auditors.
• Experience with various fund accounting softwares.
